Charges are calculated for each occupied night unless marked per stay. Applicable mandatory supplements are included in your quoted total and listed separately. Missing contract rates require confirmation.

Cancellation conditions vary according to the selected room, rate plan and promotional offer. For certain direct-booking offers, reservations may be fully refundable when cancelled at least 30 days before arrival. No-shows may be subject to a 100% cancellation charge. The specific cancellation terms applicable to the selected rate will be confirmed at the time of booking. *21 to 15 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking value will be charged. *14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value will be charged. *7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total booking value will be charged. *No-show: 100% of the total booking value will be charged. *For group bookings of more than 8 rooms, 50% of the booked value is payable 30 days prior to arrival. *For stays during 21 December 2026 to 10 January 2027 and February 2027, the following special cancellation terms apply:
Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 0–3 years may use a cot free of charge, subject to availability. For accurate room occupancy and pricing, the number and ages of children should be provided at the time of booking. Child occupancy limits may vary depending on the selected room or suite.
Payment requirements vary according to the selected rate plan or offer. Advance payment or full prepayment may be required to guarantee the reservation. Certain Jetwing direct-booking offers require full payment to secure the booking. Where applicable, payment instructions will be provided after confirmation.
Cots are available free of charge for children aged 0–3 years. Extra beds are available on request for guests aged 4 years and above at approximately USD 30 per person, per night.
