For standard bookings: cancellations made 8–14 days before arrival are charged 50% of the booked basis. Cancellations made 0–7 days before arrival are charged 100% of the booked basis. Five rooms or more are treated as a group booking and may have separate cancellation conditions. Promotional or special rates may carry stricter cancellation rules
Children below 12 years are considered children; guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults. Children aged 0–5 years stay free of charge when sharing the parents’ room using existing bedding, excluding an extra bed. Children aged 6–11 years are charged 25% of the double room rate when sharing with parents, excluding an extra bed. Maximum standard occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child
For stays from 15 July to 31 August and 20 December to 30 April: Cancellation within 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total room nights booked will be charged. Cancellation within 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total room nights booked will be charged. For stays from 1 May to 14 July and 1 September to 19 December: Cancellation within 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total room nights booked will be charged. Cancellation within 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total room nights booked will be charged.
A maximum of 1 extra bed per room is permitted. The published standard extra-bed charge is USD 15 net per night, subject to availability and the applicable contracted rate. Children sharing existing bedding are charged according to the child policy above.
Pets are not permitted at Uga Chena Huts – Yala.
